Paula Walton has been named one of America's top traditional craftsmen by Early American Life 24 times in the course of 11 years, in the categories of - Clothing and Accessories, Textiles or Needlework, Miscellaneous, Toys and Dolls, Santas, Other Holidays and General Christmas. She was juried into the Directory in 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 1998, 1997 and 1996. Paula was Old Sturbridge Village's Craftsperson in Residence in August, 2005 and is a former museum director and curator.
